Package ur_rna.RNAstructureUI Description

A package that encapsulates all the Java classes that comprise the RNAstructure Java interface.

The RNAstructureBackendCalculator classes are generated by SWIG, and connect the C++ back end to the Java front end. The native C++ classes cannot be documented with Javadocs, but are documented with Doxygen formatting.
