The scorer server takes two CT files and compares the structures within, to determine sensitivity and PPV (positive predictive value).
The predicted CT file may have many structures in it, but the accepted CT file must have only one structure in it.
By default, this server allows considers an accepted pair correctly predicted if the prediction contains the pair or a pair in which one index is shifted by up to one nucleotide.
Note that pairings can be constrained to exact matches if required.
