Welcome to the stochastic Web Server

The stochastic server takes a sequence file of nucleic acids, either DNA or RNA, and generates a representative ensemble of secondary structures, generated by statistical sampling from the folding space. Note that this calculation may take a long time, particularly if the ensemble size is large.

Please enter nucleotides only, no headers or comments in content.
Valid nucleotides are A, C, G, T, U, and X (unknown nucleotide). Lower case nucleotides are forced single stranded in calculation.
