Welcome to the efn2 Web Server
The efn2 server estimates the free energy change of the structure(s) provided with a CT file.
The default output given by this server is a list of free energie changes corresponding to each structure in the ct file.
There is an option to output a detailed breakdown of these energie changes.
Free energy changes can now be estimated for Structures that contain pseudoknots. Uncertainty estmates are also provided when the thermodynamic details are off.
