The ProbablePair server creates a group of structures that only contain pairs above a certain probability threshold. By default, if no threshold is specified, one structure is generated for each of the following probability thresholds: 0.99, 0.97, 0.95, 0.90, 0.80, 0.70, 0.60, and 0.50.
