Mapping of Experimental Values to Parameter Values The top subplot (in green) compares the lenght-corrected base pair probability RMSD (cRMSD) values that result perturbing each optical melting experiment value. Each bar represents the average of the mean RMSD values for +3 and -3 σ perturbations of the experiment value. The right subplot (in orange) compares the RMSD scores that results from perturbing each nearest neighbor parameter value by +/- 1.5 kcal/mol. The remaining subplot shows the impact of perturbing each individual experiment value by +3 σ on the nearest neighbor parameter values. The plots can be zoomed using the toolbar in the upper right corner. Hovering the mouse over any individual bar or plot element will bring up more information about the parameter and experiment identity.
