The dot2ct server converts a dot bracket file into a CT file, which is an alternate structure file format.
Only one dot bracket file can be converted at a time; if more than one CT file must be made, this server must be run once for each structure.
Note that the CT file output from this server can be used as input in the ct2dot server to regenerate the dot bracket file.
